We also have considerable experience assisting DoD component services with applications such as COTS which may not be subject to Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) or Certificate to Operate (CtO) or similar processes. We can provide the personnel and planning to assist the CIO with approving operation of these products on the Enterprise, documenting this approval as an Approval to Operate (AtO) and listing approved products on an Evaluated or Approved Products List through our proven evaluation and documentation processes.
