Help Desk Support

Our Customer Support Center offers 24-hour 7-days per week help desk support to Command and Control systems using COTS and customized relational help desk tracking systems. The team is proactive in monitoring network and systems, metrics development and management. The Center is staffed with knowledgeable, high energy IT professionals focused on keeping your IT tools on the job. We know how your IT tools support your business and we proactively keep those tools operating at maximum efficiency.

EADS NA Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc. is one of the only commercial companies that offer courses certified by the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) (formerly the National Security Telecommunications and Information System Security Committee). EADS NA DS3 currently has courses certified to the following national training standards: CNSSI 4012, and NSTISSI 4015.
