System and Network Administration and Engineering
Our Team performs systems and network administration by maintaining continuous operation of all system and network resources. We configure, install, and maintain various UNIX and Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems. We configure, install, and maintain network and system management services including group policies, DHCP, shared file/drive/ resources, and network printing. We maintain current knowledge of various name brands of router and switch products in order to support the uninterrupted operation of the network backbone. Our team installs and maintains new and existing server hardware, components, and peripherals. We coordinate notification about and install required security updates/patches to software and/or firmware on network servers and switches, and configure, monitor, and perform routine backups of all critical network data.
