Information Security Management
Our Team provides Program Management, Lead Command functions, and security services in support of Department of Defense Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), Biometrics, Identity Management (IdM), Key Management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Communications Security (COMSEC), Information Assurance (IA) Campaign, IA Metrics, Network/System Security Policy, IA Architecture, IA-enabled product testing programs and Cryptographic Access Program (CAP) functions.
Our Team implements and manages operational security management of enterprise security systems to include implementation of host and network intruder alert systems and enterprise security management tools, performing vulnerability assessments, firewall administration and monitoring, performing incident response and reporting, auditing and implementing access controls. Our performance mitigates security incident impact and reduces number of violations which enables better security risk assessments through better information.
Our Team also provides Coalition and Secure Networking Integration (CSNI) support and services to customers with joint missions with multi-national forces. They apply proven technical approaches to complete tasks in both the unclassified and classified computing environments. Their activities include aggregating, validating and inserting coalition and secure networking requirements into customer capabilities requirements processes, assist customers in assessing and recommending commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) technologies to be incorporated into existing communications and information (C&I) programs, and develops the basic structure for the network plan detailing how the customer will share information with coalition members, non-DoD and non-Federal government agencies.
