Database Administration
Our Team provides database administration to include performing regularly scheduled maintenance activities for all databases (i.e. reorganization scripts, purge activities, archiving, database tuning, etc.), tuning of the database servers, maintenance for database integrity, ensuring availability of the database servers, and currency of resident data through backup and recovery of the database servers. They facilitate backups of the system and performs monthly validation checks to ensure backups can be restored, monitors and evaluates system performance on databases to ensure the systems are synchronized, provides database and operations technical guidance, configuration change request coordination, downtime request coordination, and problem resolution.
