Chester (Chet) Ratcliffe, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Ratcliffe has over 30 years of progressive experience in management and engineering, to include research and development, simulation and modeling, computer network operations, advanced architecture and design, product development, cryptography, risk management, fault tolerance, and compliance. This wealth of experience encompasses commercial companies as well as Department of Defense and military organizations and runs the entire gamut from day to day operational and technical oversight to worldwide operations, strategy and planning, revenue growth and strategic direction. Mr. Ratcliffe has a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

EADS NA Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc. is one of the only commercial companies that offer courses certified by the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) (formerly the National Security Telecommunications and Information System Security Committee). EADS NA DS3 currently has courses certified to the following national training standards: CNSSI 4012, and NSTISSI 4015.
