Larry Galvin, Jr., Vice President, Central Operations
Mr. Galvin formulates and executes strategy and policy to win new contracts and to expand business with existing clientele across the 15-state Central Region. He supervises 2 Directors, 18 Project Leaders and 125 employees to manage contracts valued at $14.8 million annually. He is an EADS Six Sigma Black Belt and a recognized leader and professional in integrating new technologies in data, voice, video, sensor, and imagery with the most effective operations for networks and systems operating within and between global, regional and campus computing environments. Under his leadership, employees secure, optimize, test, operate, and maintain command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities, computers and national security systems. Mr. Galvin served our country for 23 years in the United States Air Force and served as the Integration Project Manager for the 15th largest software company in the U.S. before joining the DS3 team in October 1999. With over 34 years of professional experience, he provides the highest caliber technical, engineering, program management, and personnel staffing expertise.

EADS NA DS3 currently has courses certified to the following national training standards: CNSSI 4012, and NSTISSI 4015.
