Angela Eversgerd, Director, AF Systems Eastern Operations
Ms. Eversgerd is the Director of Air Force Systems – Eastern Operations in O’Fallon, IL. She provides operational and contractual oversight for five Team Leads and 73 employees on six Information Assurance contracts. Focus areas include AF communications policy, certification and accreditation, cross-domain solutions, Public Key Infrastructure, Biometrics, and the Information Assurance Assistance and Assessment Program.
Ms. Eversgerd has 10 years of experience in various disciplines of information technology including information assurance, network management, project management, and human resource management. In four and a half years of service as a Communications Officer with the United States Air Force, Ms. Eversgerd completed assignments at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming and at Ft. Meade, Maryland. Ms. Eversgerd joined EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc. in 2004 as a Subject Matter Expert in the AF Public Key Infrastructure and Biometrics Lead Command Programs at the Air Force Communications Agency. Ms. Eversgerd graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
