Larry Galvin, Jr., Vice President, Eastern Operations
Mr. Galvin formulates and executes strategy and policy to win new contracts and to expand business with Department of Defense, Federal, and Commercial clientele across the 37-state Eastern Region and in Washington DC. Mr. Galvin supervises and provides guidance to the Director of Air Force Systems, the Director of Southeast Region, 12 Project Managers and 125 employees. He manages contracts valued at $14 million. He is an EADS Six Sigma Black Belt. He earned a reputation as a recognized leader and professional in integrating the newest technologies in data, voice, video, sensor, and imagery with the most effective operations for networks and systems operating within and between global, regional and campus computing environments. Under his leadership, a professional workforce of 125 employees secure, optimize, test, operate, and maintain command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities, computers and national security systems.

Mr. Galvin served our country for 23 years in the United States Air Force and served as the Integration Project Manager for the 15th largest software company in the U.S. before joining the DS3 team in October 1999. With over 35 years of professional experience, he provides the highest caliber technical, engineering, program management, and personnel staffing expertise.
