Our HISTORY
EADS NA Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of EADS North America Defense Company, was founded in April 1997 as a Business Unit of Access Research Corporation. In March of 1999, ARC Information Assurance Institute, Inc. was spun off and incorporated as a separate company in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. ARC Information Assurance Institute, Inc. was merged with European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company, Inc. (EADS), on July 19, 2001. In 2004 ARC Information Assurance Institute, Inc was aligned under EADS NA Defense Company and subsequently became a subsidiary of this newly established unit. In October 2005, ARC Information Assurance Institute, Inc. formally became EADS NA Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc. In June 2006, EADS NA Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc. acquired Dynamic Process Solutions, Inc.(DPSI), a professional information technology services company which specializes in enterprise management/network management, consulting services, information assurance, technical training, help desk support, and systems integration and deployments.

EADS NA Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of EADS North America Defense Company. Based in San Antonio, TX, EADS NA Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc. serves as the EADS NA Defense Company for identifying and supporting EADS Team efforts in the United States. This enables EADS NA Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc. to lead EADS Team efforts in the US when opportunities arise requiring the broad range of capabilities that exist across EADS divisions and subsidiariess. The European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS) is one of the world's largest aerospace and defense contractors with 110,000 employees located at more than 70 production sites across the globe.
EADS is organized into five major divisions:
